How the test works and how we use your information
A test is free for 60 days for up to 10 people, as shown here, unless a code you were given says otherwise.
Before you sign up, we want you to understand how the test works, what information we collect, why we collect it and how it is used. It takes about five minutes to read.
Early access to KeelSync Service
KeelSync Service is already in daily use at a marine engineering firm, and we are now opening it to a small number of selected companies.
As an early access company, you receive new features and improvements as soon as they are released, usually every week, and your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
During the test, we recommend running KeelSync Service alongside your existing systems while your team settles in.
If anything does not work as expected, use Report a problem in the app. It goes straight to our development team, and you will see our reply in the app.
Pricing during the test
Free for 60 days. No card details required.
We will not charge you anything unless we have agreed a price with you first.
Up to 10 people (office and engineers) during the test.
On day 60 your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can then discuss continuing with us, or ask us to delete your data.

Service providers we use
Supabase stores the database and files in Ireland (EU).
Vercel hosts the website and app.
Google Cloud processes job videos into customer reports.
Anthropic reads photos of engine and transmission serial plates and part labels to fill in serial and part numbers, if your admin turns this on.
Resend delivers our emails.
If you use the microphone button to dictate a note, your browser's own speech service converts it to text: in Chrome that is Google, on an iPhone it is Apple.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
KeelSync's access to your account
No one at KeelSync can open your account in the app unless your admin approves it. Each approval lasts 1 or 4 hours, requires a two-step code, and every visit is recorded in a log you can see.
Our system administrators can access the database directly to fix faults and run backups. We do not use this access to browse your data, but it is possible, and this access is not currently logged.
Ending the test
You can ask us to delete your company and all of its data at any time, and we will do so within 30 days. Backup copies are removed within 13 months.
You can export timesheets and pay to a spreadsheet at any time.
